Emily leads her team with a focus on ensuring our customers achieve value through their investment in AmpliFund. Her background spans industries, i.e., food service, healthcare, and technology, but her roles always revolved around enabling customer success. Despite differences in these industries, she found the mindset around how to support customers and drive results is the same. She was encouraged early in her career to have the mentality of being a customer “maniac”…and she strives for that every day.
